Fitting Room Manners

Many fitting rooms have a raised floor: take your shoes off and leave them outside the curtain. For tops, staff may hand you a face cover, a thin cloth bag you wear over your head so makeup doesn't mark the clothes.

“In a fitting room with a raised floor, you take your shoes off before stepping in.”
